Constitutional law has a huge influence on our daily lives, defining how states and the federal government work together to ensure the smooth functioning of society. Emory Law's faculty are experts in articulating how legislative and judicial decisions impact the laws that govern us. Further, the Emory Law School Supreme Court Advocacy Program (ELSSCAP), operating since 2010, is the only student-run Supreme Court litigation program in the United States.
